SF2 Player does not support per-note panning despite what push says #6871
Description
Bug Summary
A recent push stated that it added per-note pitch shifting and panning to the SF2 Player. This is (thank god) true for the pitch shifting, but unfortunately not the panning
Steps to reproduce
use per-note panning with the sf2 player
Expected behavior
Notes pan
Actual behavior
They don't.
