Time displayed on device is lagging, correct settings and periodically update device (SB)

During past year I observe a gradual deterioration of time accuracy on the display of my SB/UE which serves as a base desktop clock. Now it's clock is 11 minutes behind my Win10 clock in a course of approximately a year after working flawlessly for more than ten years.
How to correct the time? Is it possible to change the time setting process for a device? I disconnected a battery in SB and turned off power, and got only the same dragging clock.

Could someone point to a relevant line of code requesting current time value from some server?

The devices don't have a clock built-in. They entirely rely on the server to get the time. Check the machine you're running LMS on.
