masif_search weight file for scoring aligned patches is corrupted.

Dear author, I'm currently using masif_search for PPI scoring. I need to run second_stage_alignment_nn.py to align and rescoring different poses. This python script will load a pre-trained neural network called ScoreNN, whose weight file is on github but seemed to be corrupted, see https://github.com/LPDI-EPFL/masif_seed/tree/main/masif/comparison/masif_ppi_search/masif_descriptors_nn/models/nn_score. The same question, it seems lack of .hdf5.meta file. Have you solved your problem?

You can try switching the commits before Apr.2023, then download the file "weights_seed_benchmark_12A_0123.hdf5", the problem will be solved
