Company ID in device prefix

I’m worried the company ID may make prefixes too long. I would also expect device names to be unique. Partner feedback would be good here, but I think shorter may be better.

I’m good with that. I was trying to keep it consistent with the SLSC Capabilities file naming scheme, but I can see the merit in that.
