Cant install because of windows bug how can i change packge name?

i got this error everytime i try to install
there is no user with the packge
1- i tried to unstage it still no
1 - tried to remove it from all users using get-appxpackge -alluser still no
i beleive the only fix is changing the packge name
also tried other windows versions like windows 11 21h2 and windows 11 22h2 i had this problem months ago every windows update i would try but fail i am now on beta 22h2

Try to uninstall it

its not installed for any user
but it still shows as and its files is still in windows apps

Try to install WSA from Microsoft Store then uninstall it

it shows as not installed and it says my procceser is unsporrted ,i dont have ssd and my processer is unsporuted so i used
https://store.rg-adguard.net/ and it worked fine until i tried to install magiskonwsa i can still install it using the packge and it will install with no problem

FIX FOUND STEPS:
in admin powershell run

Get-AppxPackage -all *MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid* | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers

now try to install using run.bat
if you got in error run

sc delete wsaservice

than restart your pc and then run the run.bat
