Can I backup the WSA folder?

Hi, I want to know how can I backup the WSA folder/data because I have one with magisk delta on it and some modules(Lsposed with them) and some settings so I want to backup incase there is any error in the current so I can restore from the backup. I tried deleting the current like the folder and WSA from the search then reinstall using run.bat but it didn't work
