Create README for using this

@TallJimbo Would you mind creating a brief readme for this repo (or providing a link to a similar process) so that I can get started using it on some GalSim images? Or perhaps I should just bring it up at community.lsst.org?

Given my schedule for the next two months, I'm afraid it's unlikely I'll be able to do it soon. I do need to do some work on this in the not-to-distant future for HSC, so I will get to it eventually. In the meantime, I know @pgee2000 has been using this package (and has maybe made some modifications you might need), so I wonder if he'd be up for writing a README tutorial?
