Compatibility issue with 'AzureDooms Angel Ring'

Issue

The Angel Ring from AzureDooms Angel Ring does not work as intended when PAL is installed.

Details

The flight ability of the Angel Ring is limited to hovering, the ability to change height is absent most of the time, when it isn't absent it is jittery and inconsistent.

Bare minimum mods still cause the issue.
