Converting Delphi TBitmap to opencv TMat

Hi, I am a newbie with OpenCV but have always programmed in Delph. Currently using Delphi XE11.1.
Does anyone know how to convert a Delphi TBitmap into a OpenCV TMat?
Some assistance will be appreciated

TMat is the same two-dimensional array as TBitmap

An example would be great, on how to display the image in a TMat object with a TImage component.
