Big loss! Why don't they just keep reporting the same number of recovered as the previous day (if no change), rather than start reporting 0?

Are you aware of any crowdsourced efforts/threads started to obtain this data?

I just update fixed version.

• /jhu-edu/latest will return last recovered value
• /jhu-edu/timeseries will return 0 the day after 3/23/20

I was searching issue board at JHU CSSE repo, but I did't find good one.
Could you let me know if there are places to get the data?
