[Bug]: Jest: blocklisted tests duration is greater than 0ms

### What is the current behavior?

When tests cases are blocklisted sometimes the duration gets greater than 0ms.

### What is the expected behavior?

Blocklisted test should show 0ms duration.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Blocklist test cases in jest repo. And run it.
