Persistent but False 'League Setting Modified' Alert #119

hi!
first off, thank you for creating the bot! it's been a fantastic addition to our league.
second, we keep getting this alert: 'A league setting has been modified. You may want to check or ask them what they changed!'
the commissioner doesn't change anything, yet the bot keeps alerting us of a change. and it does this probably once per week. any idea why this might be happening? any way to fix it?
