Select2 does not shows item after inline +Add button appear

Hi,

I need help with inline add and select2

Select2 appear all list of reocords, If I comment this but "inline +add button disappeared":

If I uncomment this Select2 does not shows any item of Motorbike but little "inline add button" appear, which I also need
