DataTable Crazy Scroll

I noticed both in the normal DataTable view and in the Datatable component... there's this weird behaviour that when you scroll over the table heading... it "jumps". I believe it's because of the feature that wants to keep the table header visible.

Can't explain in better than that, so here's a video of it. Gotta pay attention to notice it in the video, but in real life, it's really annoying:
