Licensing question (handover + updates) #1424

Hello, I wonder a few questions about licensing. Hypothetically, my agency purchased the "Everything" license and we built a back-office system using Backpack for a client. Later, we ended the contract and handed over the full source code to the client. A year later, if the client wants to update Backpack themselves, can they purchase "Backpack PRO for One Project" to receive updates? Also, if the client does not want to update Backpack, are they allowed to keep using the existing version indefiitely? Thanks, |

The license is non-transferable, so the client would need to purchase their own license to get updates directly PRO for unlimited projects > License.
