Add, Modify, Delete an object list on another object

I would like in the modification of my user to be able to modify, delete and add a sale.I would like if possible that in the modification of my user to have a table containing all the sales (another model with a foreign key linking to the user model). With these I would like to have the functionality of a table but on another model.

If it excuses or there is a method, I am for it. Otherwise it remains for me an interesting feature
