Got the wrong license version and need assitance

Hello all, I'm currently working on a huge project that has been in development for more than 2 years. We deployed an admin panel to the live server using Laravel Backpack v4. We started getting the popup to buy a license so I contacted my company's accounting team and told them to buy the Backpack Single Project license which is about 60 Euros.
But they got the license for backpack v5 and it won't work on backpack v4.
Any way to get a refund so we can re-buy the v4 license? Or any way to fix this problem since both the license for v4 and v5 are the same prices?
