Unable to install Pro with license

I'm trying to install Pro running php artisan backpack:require:pro for a client and I'm getting this error:
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/Laravel-Backpack/PRO.git/' not found

The username and password are not under my account as they were purchased by the client.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've also tried clearing my composer cache with composer clear-cache and running composer install manually and got this

I have just tried to use your composer.json and did a composer install without any major issues (the one below is related to not having the correct folder).

Your issue seems to be related to accessing the repository over the Internet, so I'd suggest trying a different connection.

Thanks for the timely reply!

Further investigation showed that the client had updated the password and did not inform me 🫠. I learned this by running

curl -u username:password https://backpackforlaravel.com/satis/download/dist/backpack/pro/backpack-pro-163925fdd2ad734d8dc24776ac1a136e2172c65c-zip-f6353e.zip

which responded with a 400 status and User and password don't match so... no entry

It's unfortunate that GitHub doesn't give a more precise response code in this situation, but that's hardly your fault.
