official site and and repo unreachable from Turkiye is there a specific reason or its just me who cant reach it ?

Hi @siberfxweb ,

Very weird for our website to not be available in Turkey - it's not intended. I've just tried accessing https://backpackforlaravel.com from a VPN from Turkey and it worked for me. I see a few options here:

• your IP is banned by CloudFlare (in case you have a shared IP or something)
• something else was happening that day (I've just heard on Friday there was a huge CDN outage)

1. Can you please try again? If it still doesn't work today, let me know you IP, I can check in our CloudFlare dashboard if it's banned or something.
2. If our website throws an error too, can you please give us a screenshot of what you see there too? Is it a CloudFlare error page? Does it give a solution?
3. Have you done A LOT of calls to our website or repo by any chance? Maybe included a call in your CI pipeline? Maybe did a stress test on something that had a call to us? Any reason for our firewall to block you?

nope I do not make often calls to the repo, once a day only. but the site doesnt open from my IP address, only with a VPN I have (German ) does. my ip block is "176.88.21.x"

I don't see any blocks in our Firewall for that IP. But if you give me your full IP, I can add a bypass for it... see if that helps in any way.

It looks to me like it could be a Turkish / ISP block, however. If it were a block from us... you'd see a pretty CloudFlare page with an error message... 👀

well, I dont see any error on different locations, but not with my home ip, I'll see it next week when I back home :) now on a business trip. but I'll let you know with the result..
