What I've already tried to fix it

Would I be able to work on this myself and submit a PR

Hey @realtebo did you find a solution ?
This is actually a good question. I like this template, but wanted to change colors, thought it would be easier, but still looking for the solution too. I guess best would be to create an extra .css file to add to the template to override all colors ?
