[Suggestions] Connect to character data

I'm using the tracker (among other things) to keep track of arrows fired in an encounter. I think it would be really useful to be able to connect it to a stack of arrows in my character's inventory.
Besides item stacks, a connection to a character's resources would also be useful, I think.

@Larkinabout If you think this would be a feature fitting your vision of the module, I'd be happy to implement it and provide a PR.

Hi @jagoe, sounds good to me. Only thing I'd ask is to make it system agnostic.

@Larkinabout So, yeah, turns out that I apparently don't need it as much as I thought I would. I might still get around to implementing this, but my motivation is obviously not that high. Sorry about that.
