[FEATURE] Make chat message even more compact

I would love for the chat messages to take up even less space vertically.
I think the actor name and tracked value could be put into the same line.
So for this example screenshot, it could be "Irina Kolyana's current HP" (in one line).
This could be a setting to allow for users to choose whether they want the most compact version.

I think it takes up a lot of space currently something as simple as one line going:

Irina Kolyana: HP [14 -> 27]
or
Irina Kolyana: HP [14 (+13) -> 27]

That way chat isn't filled with this. Maybe even have color code so it's compact and easy to tell apart similar to Character Monitor

Just to add some more. I wish it was similarly compact for spell slots as during short/longest it just takes over the chat messages.
