no corre ninguna linea de codigo , ya desintale python y lo volvi a instalar , lo mismo con VS code

cuando clikeo en lean more me manda a este link https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-jupyter/wiki/Failure-to-start-Kernel-due-to-Modules-not-installed ya hice todo lo que dice el link pero no resuelve nada
