Visualise Embeddings

Would be interesting and potentially helpful to visualise the embedding vectors and the query vector.

Can use PCA (Principal Component Analysis) or t-SNE (t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding) to reduce dimensionality to 3 dimensions and then use Plotly to create an interactive 3D plot.
