possible bug with multiple transactions in a block

don't have much info for now, just opening this issue as discovery and exploration

semi-reproducible:

1. start a fresh localnode
2. from the avs-toolkit repo, on the concurrent-upload branch
3. run the deploy script over and over again (cargo run deploy-contracts)

The reason to use this branch is it will send multiple transactions quickly, landing in the same block (right now just uploads, over 3 simultaneous clients with different derivation paths)

Eventually, sometimes, it freezes, and it is not related to the tool (other transactions outside the tool also fail at this point)

Not sure if related, but stopping the node when this happens takes a bit longer, particularly the cometbft step

If you can reproduce this again, can you please output the results of:

docker logs localnode-slay3r-1
docker logs localnode-cometbft-1

Or at least the last section of them (the comerbft logs are huge, last 200 lines should be more than enough)

Just another note - don't have logs with this, commenting more so I don't forget - this might have had to do with a wallet trying to send funds to itself instead of a multiple transactions thing
