Dynamic API management options

How can we improve the API management for user personas to make it more dynamic and flexible?

Current State

• The API currently supports basic List operation for user personas.
• It uses default settings for permissions, throttling, and pagination which is not set yet!
• Serializers and views are predefined and not easily customizable.

Proposed Improvements

To make the API more dynamic, we can implement the following features:

1. Customizable Permission Classes
   Allow users to specify permission classes (e.g., IsAuthenticated, IsAdminUser, or custom permissions) via settings or API configuration.

2. Dynamic Throttling
   Enable users to configure throttle classes (e.g., AnonRateThrottle, UserRateThrottle) to control API request rates.

3. Flexible Pagination
   Support different pagination classes (e.g., PageNumberPagination, LimitOffsetPagination) and allow users to define pagination settings dynamically.

4. Activation/Deactivation of Endpoints
   Provide the ability to enable or disable specific endpoints (e.g., list, retrieve, create, update, delete) based on user preferences.

5. Custom Serializers
   Allow users to define and use custom serializers for different endpoints, making the API more adaptable to specific data structures.

6. Configuration via Settings or API
   Provide a way to configure these options either through Django settings or dynamically via an API endpoint.

Example Use Case

A user might want to:

• Use IsAuthenticated for all endpoints.
• Apply UserRateThrottle to limit requests to 100/hour.
• Use LimitOffsetPagination for the list endpoint.
• Disable the delete endpoint.
