Dynamic configuration and settings

How can we make the Admin and Model configurations more dynamic and customizable?

Current State

1. Admin Registration
   The UserPersona model is registered with the default admin site using @admin.register(UserPersona, site=None). This doesn’t allow users to register the model with their custom admin sites.

2. File Upload Paths and Validators
   The file upload path and validators for image fields are hardcoded in the model. For example:

   upload_to = "user_personas/images/"
   validators = [FileExtensionValidator(allowed_extensions=["jpg", "png"])]

This limits flexibility for users who might want to customize these settings.

Proposed Improvements

To make these components more dynamic, we can implement the following:

1. Dynamic Admin Site Registration
   Allow users to pass their custom admin site when registering the UserPersona model. This can be done by making the site parameter configurable.

2. Customizable File Upload Paths
   Instead of hardcoding the upload_to path, we can read it from a centralized settings class.

3. Dynamic Validators
   Allow users to define custom validators for file fields via Django settings. For example:

validators = settings.USER_PERSONA_IMAGE_VALIDATORS

4. Centralized Settings Class
   Introduce a settings class (e.g., UserPersonaConfig) to store all dynamic configurations. This class will read values from Django settings (settings.py) and provide defaults if no custom values are provided.
