Description
Apologize in advance if this is covered elsewhere, maybe I don't know how to phrase the question correctly, but I haven't found an answer yet...
When making the ever popular "tool-cutout bins" using an appropriately sized solid bin and then sketching the tool outline on the bins solid surface and then cutting into the bin to create a cavity I am running into problems where unless I sink the tool so deep I can't retrieve it easily, the tool body extends higher than the stacking lip of the bin prohibiting stacking. With flat(ish) tools this isn/t usually an issue, because "sink 'em deep and add finger access holes" can work, but say, a screwdriver for example, you may want to only sink it half its depth but still have the raised stacking lip well above it so stacking on top is still possible.
I have looked through the build steps and can't seem to change any of them the way I want without creating lots of downstream errors. Is there an elegant solution i'm missing? Admittedly I am still learning Fusion but this seems like a popular application of the solid bin concept but more times than not, creates an unstackable product. Welcome your help and advice! thanks for all you have done!
