Role Hierarchy doesn't inherit options from parent role

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Today, options are calculated only based on the current Task then Role, then Configuration. As long we could specify parents role, those are not considered in the options calculation.

A role-crawling during options evaluation, so API hooks to perform it.
