Important usage information

1. File operations

- This software moves files based on their modification dates
- Users should maintain backups of their data before using this tool
- The software creates quarterly directories (Q1-YEAR, Q2-YEAR, etc.)
- Files are moved, not copied, to reduce storage usage

- The software requires explicit user confirmation before operation
- Locked files are automatically skipped
- Operation logs are maintained for audit purposes
- The executable and log files are protected from movement
