Missing some ccs styles in subtoolbar...

Hello !

I'm not sure if I'm using this plugin correctly or not, but when I use a sub-toolbar, in a popup bar it seems that some important CSS properties have lost.

As you can see, there is no background style, font size or centering etc.

Am I doing something wrong?
Or do I have to implement my own style?
