I cant use mods since the new patch note

Hello, since the new patch, it seems like I cant use any mod anymore. When i get into a game, the loading stops at 60% then my game crashes and bring me back to the client (closing cslol manager allows me to get into the game after that).

I have already tryed to :
-Launch cslol manager as admin
-reinstall all my mods
-reinstall cslol manager
-reinstall league of legends

Any help guys ? It would be so nice !!

but i dont know about 60%
