Failing to properly update

When I try to download the new version of cslol-manager and run it, I say yes to replacing the files from the old one yet it keeps getting stuck at the end and giving the error message:
Cannot delete output file : Access is denied. : C:\Users\user\Downloads\cslol-manager\cslol-manager.exe

I've tried rerunning it multiple times but it keeps running into the exact same error. What should I do?
