Wadtools fails to extract wads written by LtMAO

Maybe this might be an issue with how wadtools needs to search or scan a wad because LtMAO's wads are very different than ones used by Riot and made by wad-make.exe. But since wad-extract.exe works on LtMAO's wads fine, I figured I'd ask if either this could be fixed or some exception for them to be extracted without filters if that's the issue

This is definitely an issue we need to handle upstream in https://github.com/LeagueToolkit/league-toolkit/tree/main/crates/ltk_wad/src
