Some ideas for pieces of an onboarding process for new leadership team members / study group hosts:
- An agreed-upon approval process (an application form, brief in-person meeting or video chat with at least one existing leader, and a majority vote from existing leadership team?
-A standard welcome letter to email approved members
- They need to join our Slack, GitHub team.
- Get their contact info, LinkedIn, links to their active social media accounts like Twitter if applicable
