Refactor Blogs to use data

Hey @nbeers22,

I emailed you yesterday and I'm going to take your lack of response as a sign that you're not actively working on it. 

I'm going to address the blogs & data issue and convert those pages to take data from the _data folder. I'll tag you in the PR when I'm done.
