Description: Some leases have a "Purchase Option." This task involves building the logic to track "Equity Earned" if a portion of the rent goes toward an eventual down payment. The backend must calculate this balance and update the Soroban contract's "Purchase Credit" field, providing a clear path for tenants to transition from "Renters" to "Owners" using the protocol.
