Avoid using the custom `ledgerhq/speculos` image in CI

We should rather use one of the [ledger-app-builder](https://github.com/ledgerhq/ledger-app-builder) containers as the base. Also, the custom `ledgerhq/app-bitcoin-new/speculos-bitcoin` image should rather be based on the app-builder images.
