Installing pdfcrop fails with segmentation fault #18
Description
The configuration check rake task checks for pdfcrop's existence and fails. I tried installing it by adding texlive-extra-utils to the list of packages that apt should install. However, for whatever reason, during the installation some processes run to generate files and then luajittex fails with a segmentation fault.
I spent a few hours looking for similar issues; fink/fink-distributions#490 comes closest. I think it could have been solved in newer versions of everything.
For now, I will mark this as a known defect.
