AVQ.xlam not loading after download

Note that AVQ.xlam will (often) be automatically blocked when downloaded from the internet.

To unblock   

1. AVQ.xlam -> properties -> General
2. Click Select "Unblock" in the Security section at the button

Note that this "Security" section at the button disappears after unblocking
