Release Aarch64 (armv8) builds for Linux

I own a PinePhone Pro, and would like to use Lemmur on it. The PinePhone and PinePhone Pro both use 64-bit ARM CPUs and run mainline Linux.

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, a Linux tarball is only released for x86_64. I'd like there to be a release for Linux aarch64/armv8 as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Building Lemmur on the PinePhone itself would take forever and the heat that would be released may shorten the life of various components.

I've made a flatpak version for x86 and ARM on my repo's releases, so it should work if the distro you're using on your PinePhone supports flatpak.
