Describe the feature you'd like

When you write a text post and the text starts with a spoiler, with correct markup, you need to be careful when you are sharing it on social media.

The text gets written into the meta elements of the HTML head with name="og:description" and name="twitter:description". This metadata gets used by many sites to provide a preview for a link.

Maybe change the whole spoiler content to just “SPOILER.”

It borders on a bug, but it doesn't affect Lemmy itself, and a user often has other options to prevent a preview. If they are aware of the problem.
