Allow to configure custom domains.

Hello @flossels . Can you please add more detail on this? As far as i can see the current implementation allows to set a custom domain https://github.com/Leuchtfeuer/auth0-for-mautic/blob/master/Integration/Auth0Integration.php#L306 . Thank you.
