[1.10.2] Config option to disable void end

End seems really voidy enough, I don't want to have a void end again. There is no config option to turn that off.

It would be nice to be able to turn off the void in the nether as well.

I don't really see the need for this, however if someone wants to write a or to setup the framework for adding multiple config options to the world creation screen similar to how creative words get config options I can look into expanding it out for various things.

I'm looking to make a modpack with a core aspect being a fully generated nether instead of a void nether but I have 0 experience modding, so I'd also really love if this was a thing. It would be a requirement to pushing out this modpack I'm wanting to create

Use Just Enough Dimensions to disable other dimensions. This issue and the other 1.10 issues should be closed.
