In reality there can be little objection. A serious objection would have to be based on something like believing the calculator used by the PLR team was faulty. It's just a calculation, arguing with the declared result is a waste of time. It can be enjoyable reading the results of the consultation, because the DCMS libraries team tend to kindly give space to all the views saying _'No-one objected to the change, but all the following irrelevant points were made...'_
