Clarify tools section in "Getting started" #192

How could the content be improved?

- Make Preferences a subheading of the Tools section
- In the tools section, mention that the icons in Tools are not in a fixed order and may appear differently to the order listed here
In the Preferences challenge:
- Add an instructor note to indicate that this challenge is simply to demonstrate adding a shortcut to the tools options. RDA Helper is used as an example, but any available tool could be used here
- In the challenge solution, bullet point the list of changeable features in step 3
In Keypoints:
- Change "Preferences can be accessed using the gearbox icon and selecting Tools → Preferences, or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P" to "Preferences can be accessed using the gearbox icon, selecting Tools → Preferences, or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P" (i.e. removing "and")
