Move section within Starting With Data

In Starting with Data, I suggest moving “Presentation of the data” to after the section on "What are data frames and tibbles?" and before "Inspecting data frames". It seems introduced too soon currently, and learners might not remember the details of the dataset by the time they get to trying out functions on the dataset in “Inspecting data frames”

Addressed by moving the 'Set up your working directory' section to immediately follow the project creation section in Episode 2 for better flow. Thanks!
