PROBLEMS WITH LOGIN

Hi
I use libre booking to organize rehearsal space and rental of a/v equipment within a university. I registered, admin confirmed registration. I can't log in. Tried on different machines, new registration, and constantly got error 401, username or password incorrect. It's embarrassing as full professor and person in charge, admin (student helper) no longer on pay role, security issues onsite are pending, I need to see ongoing reservations, like now, but I can't. Any help is much appreciated,
