BookedScheduler, LibreBooking, and phpScheduleIt

I have been doing research on the possible options and I have a few questions.

1. Was BookedScheduler forked out of LibreBooking or was LibreBooking forked from BookedScheduler?
2. Does either Libre or Booked have any connection to phpScheduleIt?

These answers may not be very technical, but LibreBooking has been the free version of Booked Scheduler that is now paying. phpscheduleit was the first version of Booked Scheduler that was created in approximately 2004, which is why there are still references to phpscheduleit within LibreBooking

You should be able to look at the git commit log to figure out those dates.

I see that the initial version of LibreBooking – 2.8.5 – was realeased on Oct 29, 2020. I am assuming that's the initial release date.
