refactor: move 3rd party Javascript and CSS code

Move the third-party Javascript and CSS code to `Web/assets/vendor` to
make it clear what code is third-party and what code is Librebooking's.
This will allow future automated Javascript/CSS formatting of
Librebooking's code but not touch any third-party code.
